Unbound typescript draft with pages taped together, with Shaffer's emendations throughout, with two extra pages of revision at the front, with a group of faxed sheets of revisions carrying the date 21 Aug. 2000, and a sheet of notes at the back. Many of the pages are the same as those found in item 9, but some have been altered after the copying was done.

Thanks him for his article on Benjamin Britten on Sunday, for capturing what hasn't been described before, the actual experience of knowing his music and the impact on the musical development of so many people; she was one of the early casts of 'Lucretia' and her son Steuart conducts for Britten.

She and her husband Julian Glover are actors and are often disappointed when they go see certain plays lauded by the critics and loved by audiences; just went to see 'The Battle of Shrivings' and found it so exciting that they stayed up late talking of it, thinks it an important play; thinks some may liken it to Albee's 'Tiny Alice' but she thinks that pretentious and boring in comparison, though she likes Albee; is going to see Shrivings again.
