Three items originally framed together. Two plans, in black and red ink, each headed "Trin. Coll. Cant. Plan of Hall Table & Forms" with one dated 1899 and the other 1930. The 1899 plan shows 28 tables arranged at a right angle to the dais in groups and one other "Hot Plate" table. Each table is given a letter and each form is given a number. The 1930 plan, which was placed on top of the 1899 plan, shows. 26 tables arranged at a right angle to the dais with the exception of the two tables grouped together which are parallel and nearest the dais. The groups of tables are given letters, and the forms are numbered, and there is one other "Hot table."
This is accompanied by a list of Hall staff from 1930-1943, which is glued to the backing board. The staff are listed by surname and occasional initial of the first name, and are grouped into Silver Room, Buttery, Combination Room, Markers in Hall, Waiters, and Carriers. In 1950, Washers are also listed. The lists indicate who has died and who has left, and in the 1940 and 1943 groups, who has joined the RAF, the Army, the National Fire Service, the Navy, and the Home Guard.
