A history of the club written in 1852 covering the first two years (1827-1828) of what would later become Third Trinity, followed by records of the club from 1833 to 1861 written by W. Henty, and from 1861 to mid-1866 by an unidentified scribe. The records from 1850 to 1866 were copied from the minute books (BOAT D1/1-2). From mid-1866 the records appear to have been kept by the Secretary of the club for each year, and the following secretaries have signed their reports: Charles Oldman, J. de Grey, W. M. Browne, E. A. Hall, H. A. A. Gridley, R. B. Colvin, W. H. Herries, F. M. Lutyens, H. Saltmarshe, H. W. De Saumarez, C. F. Ingram, St. C. G. A. Donaldson, C. F. Lloyd, James Watt, H. W. Smyth, and T. G. N. Lewis. There are descriptions of races at the College and University level and at the Henley Regatta as well as other national races, with cuttings pasted in. The entries for 1875-6, 1878, 1889 carry decorative headers.

Accounts for the balls held on 19 June 1891, 16 June 1892 (with notes for Rylands' successor), 14 June 1893, 14 June 1894, 12 June 1895, 15 June 1896, 16 June 1897, 14 June 1898, 13 June 1899, 11 June 1900, and 11 June 1901. The accounts consist of names of attendees with the name of Trinity member providing the voucher, with cost of tickets per party. A summary of expenses appears at the end of each year's list. The Honorary Secretaries were Arthur G. Johnson, William P. Rylands, Stuart Downs, Herbert W. D. Goff, Lightly S. Simpson, Harold G. Brown and Herbert A. Game, Gerard A. Crane, Gerald W. Two letters are laid in loose: one dated c 1914 from Pelham Foster to W. W. Rouse Ball in which he states he is returning the Ball books and that he saw R. S. Shove in London, who had been wounded in the war; the other from H. W. D. Goff to someone who has agreed to be Ball Steward dated 10 Feb. 1893.
