First subtitle crossed out, another below in brackets: 'Aus den Sitzungsberichten der Berliner Akadamie vom 2 Feb. 1888, mit einigen Zusätzen' [as appeared in the paper's second publication in Annalen der Physik und Chemie vol. 34].
