Vanderfelt advises that the CPA were visited earlier this year by a Mr B. C. Ghose, MP, but he is probably not the same man (as the writer of 1/328).
Names his other guests at the House of Lords (see 1/329). Is unable to get him tickets for the House of Commons. Hopes to visit India in the winter.
‘The enclosed [a copy of 1/338b] is self-explanatory. Mr Ghose is the son of a prominent Justice in Calcutta who is now dead.’
It may be possible to obtain tickets for the House of Commons from Major Lockhart.
