The National Theatre - Asks if he would improve Ronald Firbank's "The Princess Zoubaroff" as he did for "Love for Love"; They are eager to give Victor Spinetti something else after the success of the Lennon play, "In His Own Write". In the second letter he shares his ideas for a possible plot, and mentions that he has sent the script to Marc Wilkinson, who is trying to write a musical for them.

Thanks him for the letter re: the 'Royal Hunt' and for sending a copy of the playscript, if he does the music for the film, he will make every effort to match his talent; hopes to see him in London in October, in the meantime he has a TV opera and a musical for the National lined up.
