Names the papers from Trevelyan's list to whom it was thought not worth sending a copy; as Trevelyan is defraying the cost of the book himself, he may like to be more extravagant.

Has also sent out the 26 copies to address as requested. At a directors' meeting on Monday, it was decided to delay the sending out of review copies until after Christmas, to get better publicity; Trevelyan should contact him if he is not happy with this arrangement.

Has asked for an explanation and revised proof from the printers. Trevelyan will not be charged for these mistakes. The slight misalignment of some letters is caused by the use of machine type.
