[on mourning stationery] - Discusses the French translation of 'The Golden Bough', and points out that the third English edition entitled 'The Dying God' is an entirely new work and not a simple reprint of the second edition; discusses fees; la librairie Schleicher has changed their name to Cortes and has not announced an intention to reprint the next volume in 'Le Rameau d'or'; will not meet with Geuthner, as Toutain cannot forget his [German] origins.
