Embossed notepaper, Stafford House. - Has seen copy of Louis XVII's speecch to the États Génêraux which Milnes sent to the Duchess; encloses a note [no longer present] which the King gave to his father; remembers playing as a child with the Dauphin at the Tuileries; his mother sent some of his clothes to the Dauphin at the Temple, as Clery mentions in his memoir.
