Cavendish Square - JH has promised the Duke of Richmond, the Chairman of their Bristol Committee, that he would ask WW for his opinion concerning the mechanical principle of strength of their Great Dining Pavilion erected within the walls of Downing College. At Cambridge it was relatively sheltered from 'elemental strife', but in Bristol it will be open to a possible gale of wind.
