Per John Goodwin's request, she encloses photocopies of a letter to the editor from John Goodwin in The Sunday Times dated 30 Dec. 1979, and three letters: the first from John Goodwin to Godfrey Smith of The Times dated 4 Dec. 1979, the second from John Whitley to John Goodwin dated 12 Dec., and the third from Goodwin to Whitley dated 18 Dec. All concern the negative James Fenton review of 'Amadeus' rerun every week in the 'Critics Choice' section of theatre reviews.
