This was sent to G.P. Thomson by P. Spitzer, an American scholar working on a biography of J.J. Thomson, and bears various notes by him.

Also included is a note by Spitzer (1970) listing several publications by J.J. Thomson omitted from the Bibliography by Lord Rayleigh.
