Copy of note made by W. H. W. [William Howard Warman] on his assessment of the subject in the 'first sitting', at Fairholme Rd, 4 Dec 1912.

Notes on second sitting held at 7 Richmond Terrace, 6 Dec 1912 'Present: H. O & W. H. W., the latter operating': record of method of hypnotism and area of body on which the 'spot test' was carried out, and a table under the headings 'M.M; Normal; Hypnotised'; observations including on hypnotised state, and the failure of a 'post-hypnotic suggestion'.

Notes on third sitting, 13 Dec 1912, at Richmond Terrace. At this occasion Francis Aveling was also present and carried out the hypnosis, and the table included the extra heading of 'Post-Hypnosis'.

Notes on fourth sitting, 17 Dec 1912, at Richmond Terrace. Onslow and Warman only present; hypnosis carried out by Onslow

6 sheets (several notepaper for 7 Richmond Terrace) of rough notes in several hands, probably made during the hypnosis sessions (one sheet is dated 6 Dec 1912). Observations on 'spot tests', often in table form.

1 sheet with list: 'Limit of somatic susceptibility; Heart; Temperature; Bleeding...' (subjects to be observed during hypnosis?). Draft text of advertisement on back: 'Wanted: subjects for strictly scientific hypnotic experiments. Men only, preferably those previously hypnotised. Renumeration offered 1/- [shilling] per hour. Apply...'

1 sheet with list of capital letters, each one with a number alongside, in reverse order from 60-40, some ticked; rough table with dots and slashes beside G-k/60-50

1 sheet with blank table, numbers declining from 22 to 13 on left, divided horizontally into 'Normal; Hypnotic; Post-Hypnotic'.
