Barassie, Troon, Ayrshire. [May 24, 1913] - Will check with his correspondents to ensure they are happy to be quoted in 'The Golden Bough', sends a letter and two magazines on the topic of 'Up Helly A' [not transcribed] from Mr Ramsay, a photographer in Lerwick.

Barskimming, Mauchline, Ayrshire. Dated 18th February - Encloses a letter [transcribed] and newspaper report [not transcribed]; her correspondent MacKenzie, is the Sheriff substitute at Kilmarnoch; has she heard the Miss Browns of Portdarroch[?] have inherited money from a cousin.
