Part of Papers of Richard Monckton Milnes, Lord Houghton

56 Upper Berkeley Street, sent to Milnes at Fryston Hall, Ferrybridge. - Is very sorry to not have been able to take up Milnes' invitation and visit before he must leave to rejoin his family '& seek a little more quiet and sun as I have found on this side the channel'. Asks to be remembered to Milnes' son, wife and daughter; if they have any 'commands to Florence and its neighbourhood' he would be happy to carry out any errands. Expects he may be home again next year, and has thoughts of sending his son to Cambridge for a year.
