Grosvenor Square. - Regrets that 'there was one black sheep in the flock, who bleated out no, when the ballot box was handed round on Sunday with your name on it'; much regrets this, as he had 'looked forwards to sitting in the Window looking out on the new Boulevard & listening to Wit flowing from your tongue'; trusts this is 'only deferred'.
