Enclosed statement by Henry William Wilberforce about Miss Heron's needy circumstances; she is the daughter of a doctor; self-educated teacher, and lived and wrote in Belgium following illness; she is now poor and unwell; has small income from donations collected by a Miss Graham and a £10 pension from the Almonry, but a literary pension would ease her plight.
