Part of Papers of Richard Monckton Milnes, Lord Houghton
67 Cromwell Road, South Kensington, W. - Asks for the address of the place, he thinks in Edinburgh, from which Houghton got 'that charming library chair... which permits itself to be stood upon at back, serving as a ladder to books'. Sends regards to Lady Houghton and Miss Milnes. Adds postscript: has 'a very revolutionary pamphlet in hand', of which he hopes to send Houghton a copy next week.
