Parte de Papers of Richard Monckton Milnes, Lord Houghton

4 Arlington Street. - Has received Milnes' note and thanks him; apologises for not having received the first note until after the second 'owing to the stupidity of a servant' whom he has now sent away. Is always at home from 11 till half past 1 and would be happy to see Milnes then, or will call upon him after those hours to learn his present state of health and to what extent Milnes has benefitted from his prescriptions. Milnes is not in his debt, as he makes it a 'rule to supply all my patients with medicines without any expense to them'.
