Part of Papers of Richard Monckton Milnes, Lord Houghton
5 Pack Crescent, Worthing - Requests Milnes' vote for Mr. William Boxall on Monday 26th; Milnes' name on Boxall's papers would be 'of essential service' to him, and since he is a 'Sterling [Club?] man' Fielding feels assured that Milnes will support him if he is in Town. Boxall is proposed by [Charles Lock?] Eastlake and seconded by Fielding, but Fielding fears 'circumstances will prevent both his sponsors being present'.
