The Vicarage, Sandbach. - Confirms account of Lord Russell's son having been found insane in Sandbach; he created a disturbance at Old Hall and was taken to the workhouse; now placed by his family in an asylum at Chiswick; whilst at the workhouse he stabbed a fellow inmate and became violent; had been taken in the previous night but absconded; Armitstead believes 'he had been odd before'.
