His sister Gwenny has been approached as their successor, but probably won't take the role. The cheque accidentally included a sum that was already paid. Approaching the papers about the New Zealand donation is unnecessary. Agrees funds should not be sent to Serbia, but to France, with some kept for the Dardanelles when requested by New Zealand.

45 Cambridge Street, Hyde Park, London — Handed the files to Lady Gwendoline. Her work will be easier than theirs, as the relationship between County Office and Districts is being restructured. Fewer representatives from the Soldiers' and Sailors' Families Association will be in the Committee, which they are unhappy about. She supports this, feeling the work should be in governmental hands. Is sorting the final finances of the Fund and requests bills be paid.

Westleton, Suffolk — Duncan and Flockhart claim the account from June 11 has not been paid. Will send list of accounts and needs clarity on which are unpaid. Accidentally sent the bill for Miss Guinness twice. Requires a fast response to not lose discount on a bill.
