        History

        Emily Harriet was the daughter of the antiquary Henry Jermyn and his wife Harriott.

        On 17 May 1822 she married James Jermyn, High Steward and Recorder of Southwold, at Reydon in Suffolk (parish register; Cambridge Chronicle, 24 May 1822).

        She died on 27 January 1824, aged 29 (Bury and Norwich Post, 4 Feb. 1824).
