8 Grosvenor Crescent, S.W. - Is just going to the Shiffolds for a night, to get things for his 'journey to Wales'; will start on Tuesday morning. Has 'never been to Snowdon before', so is looking forward to it. His address will be Gorphwysfa Hotel, Pen-y-Pass, Llanberis: 'Uncouth words!'.
She owes him seven shillings and sixpence for New Numbers [a journal of poetry by the 'Dymock Poets'], for which she will receive four issues; she 'might pay it to Bessie', who thanks her for her letter and says she will let her know 'about the train'. Julian is 'fairly well', though 'not quite as bright as he was a few days ago'. Thinks he is getting on better at the school now.
Saw 'a bit of the Hyde Park demonstration [the Rally for Ulster]'; there were 'a lot of people. of course', but he does not think it will 'help the Tories much'. Will write to his father soon.
