Stuk 77 - Letter from R. C. Trevelyan to Caroline Trevelyan

Is glad Georgie has arrived safely. They began bathing yesterday, which he much enjoyed; the weather 'was not cold; though it is usually very cold at first'; the eleven will bathe today. Is 'so glad' they are 'going out' [to Ireland, where his father is Chief Secretary?], 'what a joke it will be'. Sends thanks to his father for his letter; will write to him next Sunday. 'The thing about "The skin" and the "Hydraulic patent thing" were both very good'. The picnic last Thursday went very well, with very fine weather.
