Peckfield, Milford Junction. - Offers his services if Milnes plans to make any alteration in the management of his Estates; was 'upwards of 11 [?] years in my Father's Officer up to the time of his death, 3 1/2 years ago', and since then has succeeded to 'several of the Agencies he held'; could obtain references from employers such as Mr Wheler of Leadstone Hall, the managers of Lady E. Hastings' Charity, and Mr Aldam of Frickley Hall. Mr Tottie of Leads 'always consults [him] in any matters connected with Lord Palmerston's Estates at Fairburn'. Gives other references.
