These items were formerly in a bundle labelled by McKerrow ‘Various letters from people more or less known or of interest. Some relating to work’ (A1/27). After McKerrow’s death the bundle was examined by his son Malcolm, who probably removed some of the contents before writing a new label (A1/28).
