The cover features the initials A.S.L. in gilt letters and was provided by Messrs. Stearn who also took nearly all of the photographs. None of the mounted photographs are captioned, but three of the loose photographs carry information on their versos.

This is a group of photographs mounted on paper, many of which are signed by Mayland. It is conjectured that these photographs were originally gathered together in an album.

The photographs carry the blind stamp of Messrs Stearn Photos: Cambridge.

Photograph album depicting buildings and landscapes at Trinity College Cambridge as well as boat races and Cambridge University teams from Ehrlich's years at Trinity, 1902-1905. Eight additional pages of photographs and a loose caricature appear to be dated after his departure from Trinity.

The identified items include photographs of holidays in Wales in 1934, Yorkshire in 1935, France in 1936, and Austria in 1937, as well as ‘home scenes’ and Neild’s school at Abinger Hill, in Surrey. They show Neild himself, as well as various family members and friends.
