The Executive Council have decided to prosecute the Ali brothers and others involved in the passing of a resolution at the Karachi conference advising soldiers not to remain or enlist in the army. Reinforcements have been sent to the Malabar Coast, and the Council have declared martial law, if the Madras Government desires it.
