1 volume (31 x 20 cm), containing 50 leaves. The print is pasted to the verso of the front free endpaper. Bound, in the words of the sale catalogue, in ‘rich old blue morocco’, with ‘paned and tooled sides’.

A cutting from a sale catalogue containing a description of this MS is pasted inside the front cover, as is the armorial bookplate of Robert, Earl of Crewe. The catalogue entry dates the MS to about 1750, adding that it is ‘Evidently an Official Copy, made for some special purpose, with Marginal Notes in a law hand writing.’
