Asks Sidgwick for his opinion and discusses the matter, and asks him, if they have it this year, to ensure that it is carried on the following year. Mentions Sidgwick, 'Jackson', 'C[ ]', 'H[ ]' and 'W.P.C.', and that 'Young' says that he will add his name. Tells Sidgwick to write a petition to the Queen in Council, praying for liberty to amend the statutes relating to the college and oath-taking.
