Scope and content

Remarks on 'how sad and strange it seems to come back to Cambridge and to realise the great blank a loss that has befallen [them] all', as a result of the death of Henry Sidgwick. States the life seemed richer and more worth living every time one met him. Does not dare to conceive of the loss felt by Nora, but states that at least she 'must feel the comfort of being associated with him still in carrying on the work so dear to [them] both'. Suggests that she might come to see her later on. Adds that they are 'so glad to hear of Robin's splendid success...'
