Devon. - Thanks Munro for his letter and enclosures; asks him to say to Mr Johnson, Mr [?] Hayter '& the other Eton Masters' that he is very grateful for conveying their remarks on the Primer to him through Munro. Returns the M.S. because it contains Munro's remarks and he does not know whether it has yet been shown to Mr Johnson and his colleagues; hopes they will let him have it again 'for communication to the Educational Committee'.
