Scope and content
Welcombe, Stratford on Avon. - Glad that Julian is getting better; he will want careful feeding so she is glad the nurse is capable; a 'blessing' to have found a successor. Fears Julian will not get much of his class, so it is lucky the nurse has a little teaching experience. Good that she has found a nice doctor. Annie [Philips] is very cheerful and they are enjoying her visit. Sends her love to Robert; was going to write to him about his book coming out soon ["The New Parsifal"?] but has been very busy with bills; Sir George is not well and she must put him to bed.
