Coventry House Club. - Can recommend a 'well-qualified person' as cook for Milnes' establishment; she is 'about 30' currently Francatelli's 'head kitchen-maid'; will leave only to get a cook's situation. Asks what wages Milnes is prepared to pay.
Original letter written 2 Dec. 1851; a postscript dated 13 Dec. 1851 follows: wrote immediately following Milnes' instructions but sent it to the wrong address so that it has just been returned to him; the potential candidate is 'still at [Milnes'] service'.
