Enclosure: copy of letter from Thomas Allen Southwood to Charles Keating Tuckerman, 15 Jul. 1878, in Tuckerman's hand. The College, Cheltenham. - Arthur wishes to leave at the end of term and enter the architectural profession; perhaps requires a little more mathematics but otherwise capable; his lack of physical strength; will be sorry to lose an able and esteemed pupil.
