W. - Were employed by Lord Macaulay for the necessary valuations of Holly Lodge when he purchased from the executors of the late Thomas Ambrose Shaw and to paint and furnish the property, so know it well; offered their services to the Executor to find a purchaser and have no doubt they will be able to find someone; suggests Messrs Rushworth & Jarvis of Saville Row to sell any furniture by public sale on their behalf, if this is required. Currently acting for Lady Trevelyan, who will speak for their 'respectability'.
