Mission Anglo-Américaine de la Société des Amis / Friends War Victims Relief Committee. - Is sending Julian two books showing people how to draw 'things, landscapes, people, birds etc in the Japanese manner', wonders which of 'Mr Yone or Mr Noguchi drew them'. There is a 'pretty photograph of Bruges' on the newspaper he has wrapped them in. Julian will soon have a visit from his mother. Draws 'three bags full' of kisses at the bottom of the letter: English, French, and Dutch.
