My dear Sir /

I will thank you, to meet me tomorrow afternoon, three OClock, at North walsham—at Mrs Seckers, a patient for whom, I have prescribed lately, but I have not seen her for a year or two—Should your business prevent your meeting me tomorrow, I will thank you to inform me of it; & let us agree upon some other time.
