Note
Dating of the photograph from the late 1930s based on the use of double damask table cloth and plate patterns used extensively pre-war. Dating of the photograph from the early 1950s based on the use of the crested pattern carpets and single large gold crest with dark blue edged plates in use between 1950 and 1954. Correspondence about these details in the library's acquisition files.
