Scope and content

Postmarked Vendrell. - Jokingly claims the postcard shows 'the Tomb of King Procrustes'. Has discovered that the postage [for the score of "The Bride of Dionysus", see 7/146], will cost too much for an envelope and is 'too lazy to repack it as a roll'. Is about to look at Act III, to 'settle Phaedra nicely in Act II'. Fears he is expanding too much, but may recover 'lost ground' in Acts I and III, and the flow is much improved. Needs to improve the introduction to Phaedra's incantation.
