Scope and content
Brasted - RJ has come up with the word 'merrymismology' to describe the education taken by ladies completing their education at the scientific institutions in London - 'should you not like to be the first Professor and give instruction in merrymismology to the ladies at the Royal Institution'. RJ encloses an extract of a letter he received from Hugh Rose complimenting WW's Bridgewater Treatise ['Astronomy and General Physics Considered with Reference to Natural Theology', 1833].
