Among 'a large quantity of M.S.S. of Bp Thirlwall' left with David Robertson (Trinity alumnus and hon. canon of Worcester) by John Perowne, bishop of Worcester when he resigned his see in 1901 and offered to the Master of Trinity, H. M. Butler, in 1902. See letter from Robertson to Butler, 1 Jan 1902, tipped in at front inside cover of O.15.44.
