Scope and content

WW has not written as he was expecting RJ's finished lecture ['An Introductory Lecture on Political Economy to which is Added a Syllabus of Lectures on the Wages of Labour', 1833]. WW thinks his Bridgewater Treatise is looking 'very pretty' ['Astronomy and General Physics Considered with Reference to Natural Theology', 1833]. WW wants to know what impression is made of the part in his book where he contrasts induction and deduction. RJ's lectures should 'be a clear exposition of principles with interesting views of realities illustrating them'.
