This book contains transcripts of various documents published in J. G. Schelhorn’s biography of Philipp Camerarius in 1740. The first item (Relatio vera et solida) contains a number of emendations incorporated in the printed text, which suggests that the manuscript was written or annotated by Schelhorn himself. The armorial bookplate of Robert, Earl of Crewe, is pasted inside the volume and his heraldic ‘garb’ is stamped on the front cover.
