This volume was formerly in the public library of the Académie Nationale des Sciences, Belles-Lettres, et Arts at Bordeaux, the stamp of which is on the title-page (p. iii) and p. 190, and it may be the volume mentioned in the Catalogue général des manuscrits des bibliothèques publiques de France: Départements, xxiii: Bordeaux (1894), p. xl. The armorial bookplate of Robert, Earl of Crewe, is pasted inside the front cover.
