7 Camden Street, N.W. - Send two papers - one of which is on logic. He will also shortly send him his answers to Lord Overstone's Commission on the Metric system. Overstone is a sharp fellow who has stopped 'the Commission from publishing the answers till next session giving his own argument a run of nearly a year before the answers appear. So the Decimal Association has got hold of them - and means to publish'. Nobody is inclined to answer the penny schemes and Overstone 'has driven them out of the field'.
