A volume of 25 manuscript sermons, with a damaged page at front describing the volume but missing text. A note below states that the 7th sermon was preached at Buckden Church on the report of the Pretender's invasion in July [31 1715]. A table of contents on the verso lists that sermon as [Mercy?] of God's protect[ion] of ye Ch[urch] w[he]n in dang[er], 2 Corinthians 4.8.
