The Encyclopaedia of Religion and Ethics was edited by James Hastings, and published in Edinburgh, 1908-1926. Accompanied by drafts of two articles and two reviews for The Classical Review from 1914-1920: articles headed "ΑΙΤΝΑΙΟΙ ΚΑΝΘΑΡΟΙ" and "Sophoclea" and reviews of John Burnet's Die Anfange der griechischen Philosophie and A.
