Accounts for the balls held in the Corn Exchange on 10 June 1902, 16 June 1903, 14 June 1904, 13 June 1905, 12 June 1906, 11 June 1907, 16 June 1908, 15 June 1909, 14 June 1910 (ball abandoned owing to the death of King Edward VII), and 13 June 1911.
The accounts consist of a numbered list with names of attendees, name of the Trinity voucher, and cost of tickets. A summary of expenses appears at the end of each year's list. The Honorary Secretaries for the balls were Arthur D. Gilmour, Douglas Spicer, Arthur L. Lawrence, Malcolm Donaldson, John S. Burn, Alfred L. Drew, Maurice Daffarn, Eric Donaldson, and Cyril F. Burnand.
